Eat Local @Yards Grille (Fayetteville, NY)

Nestled in Green Lakes State Park, is my new favorite go to restaurant. Lunch, dinner they have you covered, they even have a quick little breakfast menu (I’m hoping they one day will have brunch). They have an amazing view, the staff is wonderful, including the management. Local, which y’all know I love to support my town. The food has been fantastic and they have a full bar. Check them out, its worth the visit!


Creole Seasoning

1/2 cup paprika 1/2 cup granulated garlic 1/4 cup granulated onion 3 tablespoons black pepper 2 teaspoons white pepper 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper 1/4 cup dried oregano 1/4 cup dried thyme 2 teaspoons ground cumin 2 tablespoons of sugar Stir all together and store in an air tight container.
